[Puke, if you may]

I remembered asking him, vigorously and many many times six year ago, why me?

I mean, he's so jejaka idaman and I'm not. He's so good, Islamisasi and all, he participated in Musabaqah Al-Quran... you know, the type of guy parents would love to have as son-in-law, and I obviously not. He could pick any "Gadis Melayu Terakhir" that he wants, girls who don baju kurung and walk gracefully, who speak softly and politely, and call him Abang. He had girls begging for his love who, had nerves to ask him to break up with me ggrr.

Of all people, me? The rough girl who wore torn jeans and old slippers to class? Who speaks unfashionably and doesn't care about good girl manners? Who pukes at his attempted punch lines? Who is stubborn and heartless?

Apart from love at first sight as he claimed, what else? (Well, he did called me the night he first saw me in the library, God knows how he got my number) I mean, do you really believe in that? This is not soap opera. This is real life, everything gotta have reasoning.

He either gave me stunned face, or stuttered in his breath, or twisted the coversation.

And he never actually gave me answers till today.

Only now however, do I understand why the stunned face. Why would he need any reasons to love me, when he does not have to?

For love need not a reason. He just, love.

And so do I. Without a reason.

:ready to sprint and hide:

[Dah muntah dah?]

Mental Note:
Ameer's first independant walk : Saturday, 24 October 2004 at Room 1209, Hotel Excelsior, Ipoh.

The whole night he went berserk running round and round the hotel room. And giggling away. Like, so excited to be walking. The way he walked, so funnieee hehehe.

No video was taken though. Battery went dead. Of all the time. Gggrr!

The next day though, he may have forgotten how to do it. Perhaps he's not confident enough when his father is not around. So, currently I'm encouraging him to walk.

Takpe, slow slow. Nanti kalau dah pandai, susah pulak Mama dia nak kontrol :D

Have you paid your zakat?

When I studied Mutla'al Badrain back in Sekolah Agama Johor years ago, I never came across the term Zakat Pendapatan. But perhaps, pursuant to the modern life we're living now, the zakat collection agency had diversified the types of zakat accordingly. So now we have Zakat Pendapatan, Zakat Saham, Zakat Wang Simpanan, Zakat Emas and Zakat KWSP. I don't know what happen to Zakat Ternakan and Zakat Tanaman (or bijirin). Maybe, the farmers have to meet the agency themselves for calculation. Or they just calculate that as Zakat Perniagaan.

Anyway, these are how you calculate your Zakat Pendapatan:

Method 1
Total Annual Gross Income (if exceeding nisab) X 2.5%

Method 2
A. Total Annual Gross Income
B. minusPermittable Expenses per year
Self RM8,000
Wife RM3,000
Children RM1,000 per child
Parents allowances
KWSP (11%)
Deposit into organisation, co-op, or financial institution that paid zakat on behalf of depositor (e.g. Tabung Haji)
C. A - B (if exceeding nisab) X 2.5%

Nisab for the current year is RM3,700.00. You may check the nisab from time to time (since it is based on the current value of 85 gm gold) at www.zakat.com.my.

Oh, if you're female and not a single mother, then you are not entitled for the rebate for wife and children.

And how to pay them?
1. Potongan Gaji Zakat
2. PPZ Zakat counters
3. Bank counters (Bank Islam, Maybank, Bank Muamalat, BSN, Bank pertanian, Southern Finance, AMBank/AMFinance, RHB, BCB, and Public Bank) --> note however that not all branches has this facility.
4. By post
5. Internet banking

For those who work in Menara, Bank Islam at LG floor is able to collect your zakat. Just ask for the zakat form at the information counter.

The benefit?

Well, for one, off course you'll be a better Muslim. Paying Zakat is the fourth pillar of Islam, kan?

Two, you'll pay less for income tax, or perhaps none at all. The zakat that you paid will be 100% deducted from your income tax. So, why hesitate? You pay less for your income tax, and get pahala as well.

Kill two stones with one bird, eh?

[Just in case you didn't get my joke, watch those 8TV adverts :D]

p/s: Ahmad dah balik hehehe.

Hastily called Nursery to inform that I'll be picking Ameer a lil bit late. Sky had conveniently asked me to do something at 4.30 p.m. and it needed to be submitted today.

Cait!

Just finished my work, and now need to rush home so that I won't miss my Chibi Maruko Chan.

:cross finger:

Bye bye!

I followed Ahmad to Ipoh on Saturday. By doing that, I'd able to kill two birds with one stone, i.e.:

i) I would not have to break fast alone; and
ii) I would not have to go to Ahmad's family gathering at Shah Alam :yes, I'm a baddie:

I'd love to follow Ahmad to Alor Setar on Sunday, but my annual leaves barely enough to balik raya. So, I (with a baby on tow) departed from Ipoh by bus on Sunday 1430, and reached KL on 1730.

I have to buka puasa on my own today. Like always.

:melancholicly stared at the ceiling:

For the past five days, I had only once get to buka puasa with my husband. I'll have to eat alone for today and tommorrow too, since he'll go for outstation today.

:sigh:

You might have to run for the lrt, get squashed in the sardined train, run again for the bus, then cook hastily for buka puasa, but at least you have your husband.

You might have to ponteng kerja few minutes before the working hour ends, get stuck in the parking lot, drive like a mad women to avoid traffic jam, and perhaps curse other people in the process, but at least you have your family.

..

Like always, I'm alone. Tsk tsk.

There's no point envying me, really. I was just trying to boost my own morale the other day.

I'm pleased with myself for being able to hasut Mat Tabligh into moving to the current apartment we're living in about two years ago. Looking at how convenient it is to live next to lrt station, plus my office is only a station away, we then decided to buy the apartment. Eventhough it's kinda shaggy. And old.

Now that it's Ramadhan, I'm even more pleased.

While other people has to leave the office at 5 on the dot, get stuck in the jam, only to reach home just in time for break fast, I can still goyang kaki in the office, browse the Net for juicy gossips of Malaysian entertainment industry, drool over cute Korean heroes, read synopsis of yesterday's Meteor Garden, blogging and whatnot, and still get to reach home before six to catch my daily dose of Chibi Maruko Chan. And no, I didn't have to run like Aini did :D

My life's good. Please envy me teehee.

The girl who glanced longingly at me from her car yesterday must have envied me. She should, since her car wasn't moving from the moment I walked out of Menara, till I reached the lrt station. That bad huh?

Oh, cooking dinner you ask? Sorry... I don't quite understand your question :P

The women were warned about using their sexuality to finish their assignments and win the competition. FINALLY!!! Trump should have warn them since Week 1. Shameless women ggrr.

I'll bet Nick will be demotivated from the beginning if he were to be in the Protege Corporation. A man of moral, he is. But sadly, he didn't get the job. Tsk tsk. Oops, sorry for the spoiler guys :D

I missed the part where Sam was fired. Ah, darn! That's supposedly the best part of all. Anybody care to tell?

Misha Omar is so cute in the Laurier advert. The advert looks very refreshing and energetic. Not some "popular" other who looks kinda weird in an Astro advert. Trying so hard to look cool and hip, but sadly to say, NOT! You're so yesterday.

You know who I mean, right?

Erk, tolak markah aku pose. AMPUN.

p/s: I've already have my trip to Penang Island half way written in my husband's laptop. Will update later.

During a nap on Saturday afternoon, I had a bizarre dream. Andrew (yes Andrew, you didn't read wrong) is getting married with my cousin Farah, which I don't have, and he cut his long hair for the occasion hahaha and looking nice in Baju Melayu Johor. But the wedding went chaos, I don't remember why though. Hmm very bizarre eh? Having somebody you don't personally know in your dream. And a bit frightening too. It's like, whatdahell are you doing in my dream?

Whatever it is, he's looking fine in my dream teehee.

The girl who won Who Will Win TV Spokesperson is very very lovely, and charming. I'm glad she won, instead of the getik others. She looks like Elaine Daly, but with a better nose teehee. And a lot cuter too.

Oh, and I don't mind marrying the queer Thom, if I get to live in his creative touch of interior design. Geez, that 'man' is so damn creative! Does he really transform those apartment in a day? That's super cool.

Check out his touches at Queer Eye for the Straight Guys on 8TV. You'll know what I mean.

:tanduk:

My boss is in Seremban right now. I don't know when she will be back. So, I'm taking the opportunity to sit back and relax, while Lynn spanking her ass to do the secretarial work for our AGM. MUAHAHAHAHA.

I just realized that I have yet 90% of my salary in the bank account, and its only 13 days more to get the next salary (and there's rumour for a bonus). If I were to pay the car loan repayment, credit card and whatnot, I still have lots of money. Hmmm... that's pretty unusual.

Is there any expenses that I had left out? :think hard:

Erm, perhaps I can save the money for a new paint coat in the living room. And a new sofa.

[This statement is being made to deter people from asking me to belanja]

Eh wait a minute! Boss is not in? Jalan TAR, here I come! MUAHAHAHAHA.

I couldn't stop smiling.

The workshop that I'm attending right now is also attended by that cute guy from costing. Argh, of all people, why him!?

Hahahahaha.

Attending workshop always make me more bizarre than usual.

But I guess I'm not the only guilty one. Jaja also had agreed with me in another Workshop we've attended before, that, that guy really is cute. Now, before you have the impression that we have nothing else to do during workshop rather than oggling at the cute guys, let me tell you how tiring and brain consuming a workshop in TMWS can be.

And just now, a friend of mine from TMR nudged me and asked, who's that cute guy?

So, it's not me OK? He IS cute.

Funny thing is, everytime we mention how cute he is, we always then say out loud, "Hhmm, guess how many children he has?"

Hahahaha note how valuable married men are.

Mat Tabligh is into swimming again.

He stopped swimming somewhere around last year when he started to become a Mat Tabligh. Perhaps the trip to PD sparked his long lost passion to swimming.

So we went for a shopping spree at Midvalley to check out the latest swimming gear on Saturday morning. His old ones were nowhere to be seen in the house. Furthermore, he wouldn't want to wear those kinky seluar ketat anymore now that he's a Mat Tabligh hehehe. So he resorted for bermudas.

Phew... I never knew swimming would cost you a lot. He bought a blue swimming shirt (which I should say undeniably make him more handsome than usual) at RM80+ from Jaya Jusco at 10% discount and a matching blue goggle at RM28+ from Carrefour. Luckily he didn't buy swimming cap (which is unnecessary now that he's bald), flippers and whatnot, which he had eyed quite interestingly at Jaya Jusco.

We also bought a nice cute red and yellow swimming suit for Ameer, very cheap one at Carrefour. Teehee, I'd say Ameer looked like Ultraman, but Mat Tabligh commented that it's so Baywatch.

Don't you find it suspicious that Mat Tabligh knows how the Baywatch people looks like? Hmm....

And to compensate with his unnecessary spending, or to shut my mouth up to be exact, he bought me a new black shoes weehee!

Then on Sunday morning, we headed to Pantai Panorama, as in Pantai Panorama Condo not Panorama Beach, to swim. Mat Tabligh has a spinal specialist tabligh friend from South Africa who lived in the condo, and that's how we get to pass the tight security.

Phewiiittt!! There's a lot of gorgeous Mat Salleh babes clad in bikini in the swimming pool. Hahaha, pity Mat Tabligh. He didn't dare to swim across the swimming pool to the other end.

Well, Ameer had fun too. At first he was a lil bit scared, and didn't want to pakai his duckie pelampung. So, I had to go in too and hold him while he splashed water, kunun-kunun swimming and chased his duckie.

Hohoho he refused to stop eventhough he's turning blue!

I woke up at 3 in the morning coughing vigorously. Oh, man! This is killing me. I couldn't get back to sleep after that, tossing here and there. I even thought of blogging, about my lunch date with Fred the afternoon before. But sadly, my brain didn't want to co-operate.

Determined to fast with my ailing condition, I got up at 5 for sahur and ate my medicine. Like what I had expected, the medication made me drowsy, but I had to make some amendments for the presentation to TMR today. So, I stayed up until 6 to do my work, emailing people about my condition, asking them to help me prepare for the meeting, like printing the presentation material, setting up the infocus, laptop and whatnot, just in case I overslept.

After Subuh prayer, I started feeling the pain in my stomach. Gastric again! Adeh.

I was still determined to go to the office actually. Because I was worried with what will happen to the presentation if I'm not there. What if the infocus and laptop had yet to be set up? What if the refreshment didn't come in time? Who's going to take the minutes of meeting? And things like that, you know.

Then at 8.53 a.m., I received sms from my boss, saying that all those things were being taken care of. She had asked my colleagues to ensure everything run smoothly. She even adviced me to take care of myself. Auww!

As of today, she's a good boss. And the most important thing of all, she's not scary teehee.

And to stop those speculations about me, I didn't buy the MC ya? Doctor Wong gave it to me and said,"Stop worrying" while scribbling sanskrit on my medical card.

To Fred, I really appreciate your willingness to have lunch and anyam ketupat with me. Helped me to de-stress, really. Muahs.

Oh, just in case you start to think something bizarre, Fred is one of the 926 Srikandis. Its a SHE :D

Dear Reader/s (if any),

I'm sorry for being unproductive lately. Instead of talking about life, religion, what's happening in the world, some intelligent stuff and whatnot, I talk about cool guys. Which is very very silly.

The thing is, I need to be silly.

Because I'm totally stressed out. My workload is draining my energy, and affecting my health. For the last three weeks, I had flu, I coughed like hell, the phelgm in my throat is damn thick I can't spit it out, and my whole body is aching. And that "youngest tooth" couldn't find better time to grow. My gum is very painful, and it is hard to swallow my food. I get gastric now and then because sometimes I don't even have time to have proper lunch. Maggi in the cup becomes my staple food.

Yesterday I had the worst stomachache I'd ever have and my leg felt like woogley boo.

Oh, and my face is like hell. Acne finds it interesting to land on my face because I had ignored my face ever since the PD trip. I forgot to bring my facial cleanser and scrubbed my face with soap instead. Moisturizing & toning? Please don't ask me that. My hair is worst! Shampooing takes time, and I don't have the time because Al-Budet kept banging on the toilet door, screaming and wailing like there's no tommorrow.

My body is failing me but I had been refusing to see the doctor. The medication would make me drowsy and I didn't want to be drowsy. Who's going to do my work?

I went to see the doctor yesterday though. I had thought that the illness will go away on its own, but that's a false hope. So I got four different pills, but still avoiding the cough pills.

Oh, and I have another presentation with TMR tommorrow!

:sigh:

OMIGOD! with a dropping jaw and starts screaming.

:scream: :scream: :scream: :scream:

Scream like a frantic teenage girl if you ask me.

My answer?

A full page of Andrew Tan poster in today's The Star. So COOL. His hair is so long and so straight. Like shampoo advert, smooth silky black. Very the gegegege. Pant, pant, cool bebeh, cool. Breathe in, breathe out.

"Tini, you're married."

Duh, do you have to tell me that Lynn? I'm just playing silly.

I'm so going to kidnap that poster

Don't please tell K. Aishah, ya?

Hhmm... shouldn't I supposedly be writing up for my PD trip? Ah, forget about it. Right now, I'm focusing on my kidnapping mission tee hee hee.

Ah damn!

That Tik guy from Thailand is so fine. I couldn't help myself from drooling over him as I watched the last episode of "The Princess" (I took a leave today, Ameer's nursery tutup kedai for a day). Aiyoo, him wearing military uniform is oh so handsome gegege. Somebody please remind me that married women are not supposed to drool over other men teehee.

Pinch me, ouch!

While other women go crazy over the Eurasian men, David Beckham, Brad Pitt and that fine Ralph something Lynn and Aida keep on blabberring about to name a few, I on the other hand, dig the Asian guy. Well those Eurasian men surely are yummy, but to me, they are not in my oohs and aahs list.

Last time, my head went hoolabaloo over Jerry Yan from F4 for almost a year. That time I was already married to Mat Tabligh. Off course he knew about it since it is kinda obvious, I couldn't shut my mouth talking about Jerry all the time tee hee hee. That was 2002.

Then I was so into Ken Zhu. He's from F4 too hahahaha. As a matter of fact, I dig all members of F4, except Vanness. Ken is very very very very cool. Like him in Marmalade boy. So kawaiiiii.....

Then I got pregnant. There's no time to drool over these cool guys hahaha. I no longer surf the net to look at their photos, and no longer join any yahoogroups discussing stuffs about them. Furthermore, I'm 20plus for God sake?! Why am I doing all that teenagy stuffs? Soo cacat. Hahahaha.

But now, here I go again. Drooling over Tik. Oh, he is so fine! Not to mention my latest fling with Andrew Tan from Malaysian Idol.

Oh, crazy! Yeah chaotic mama, that's me.

p/s: will update trip to PD later.
