Bebelan Jumaat.

Sudah lama tak berpesan.

Sebabnya, yang nak memesan pon dah menyimpang jauh hihihi. Rasa malu nak berpesan :P

Tapi, sebenarnya itu tak boleh dijadikan alasan. Kalau nak tunggu sampai jadi perfect, macam tu sampai bila2 pon takde orang yang nak berpesan-pesan. Makhluk, memang la tak perfect, kan?

Hari ni nak bebel pasal performance appraisal. Hehe agak dah terlambat nak inform, sebab hari ni last day nak submit. But hopefully rakan-rakan saya ni baik-baik belaka. Jujur pada diri sendiri, dan evaluate dengan amanah. Jangan sebab nak dapat bonus banyak, letak markah tinggi-tinggi sedangkan kerja tak seberapa. Kalau memang diri deserve a good appraisal, that's OK. Yang tak OK nya cam saya yang tak amanah bab kerja hehehe.

Jangan nanti kita makan rezeki yang sebenarnya bukan hak. Bab rezeki kena jaga, sebab makan rezeki yang haram buat hati berkarat. Nauzubillah. Agak sukar ya nak pastikan sumber rezeki 100% halal, tapi cubalah sedaya mampu. Lagilah yang nakal cam saya, waktu kerja mula 8.30 pagi, 9 suku baru sampai :sengih busuk:

That's all for this week. Semoga berjumpa lagi di lain rancangan :P

p/s: rasa bersalah dengan akak tu (baca post sebelum ini), sebab tadi dia menangis di depan saya atas kemungkinan dia kena float. sudahlah saya ni memang out bab-bab kaunseling ni... hhmm.

Hahaha padan muka aku.

Tengah sedap mengutuk seorang akak ni sebab tak paham2 skop kerja aku macam mana walau dah berapa kali aku cakap, dia lak lalu sebelah. Dah la aku cakap kuat.

Hahaha pedulik la. Aku malas nak layan. Biar le ko nak kata aku camne. Lain kali, kalo ko nak aku layan ko dengan baik, PR improve ler skit. Ko buat aku boring nak dengar apa ko cakap.

I kept on looking at my left hand, and couldn't help grinning.

Smart of him to write something OK. What if "Kaulah Kekasih Hatiku" or "Aku Cinta Padamu Selamanya"? Ugh... I would smack him hard on the bald head.

I actually afraid to wear it for fear of scratching. But what is the use of bracelet if you keep it in the jewellery box eh?

Err to think about it, all my jewelleries (not that I have many) ARE in the box all the time hehe.

Anyway, the wallet where he hid the bracelet inside is cool. Love it. I love black. Black is cool. But problem is, it's not the type that you can fit it in your back pocket. Lady-like thing, you see? And I'm no lady :P

p/s: Don't go jealous and all, because he's just trying to keep me from go talk-to-my-hand mode for two weeks in a row. He learnt from past experience. Mana tahan 8 tahun asek kena pujuk je hehehehe.

Fat Chance.

I may be able to slash the Real Property Gains Tax by RM1200. Woohoo! Now that we have some excess money to jolly frog, I think perhaps I can do some wish list, like Aida did.

  • A good printer - I've been miserably guilty on using printers at work for personal use isk.
  • Hexagon water filter (if the old one is beyond repairs)
  • Jalan-jalan Cari Angin
  • Ahmad said last night,"Lets get a new digital camera!" Yeah right. Your budget ok?

Uh-uh. Then again, there're bills. Lots of them to pay up. Queueing from last year. Damn! Reality bites.

[2]I managed to pinned down Ahmad on my "Farm" ideas. I told him that Malaysia is really in need of domestic production of halal meat. We had been depended on imports, since domestic industry provides only 20% of demand. Wow! Doesn't that make jaga lembu sounds great to you?

Well, I told him only the good side of the story. Like, how nice it is to live in a farm. Very simple life indeed. I'll rear some chickens, and grow vegetables at the back of our little house. Sweet corns, ubi kayu, sugarcane, banana, there's a lot of things to grow. We can also have a fish pond. Abundance of cute little duckies. The family will be getting fresh food on the table for mealtimes. And to quote Jabatan Haiwan, one need to spend two to four hours only a day to tend for 200 cows, if you use feed lot method. He had plenty of time in the afternoon and evening for prayers and ibadats. And, we could always sedeqah the excess food to nearby orphanage or poor neighbours.

I didn't tell him how smelly the work is, off course :P

Hopefully I can manage the hard work. I remembered loving to follow my mom to her kebun, until I got the "Get Out" summon from my dad to a boarding school. It's Ahmad I'm worried for. He came from a rich family, where his definition of hard life is occasion walk to school (which is not that far from home) when he's 7.

And this is the same man who said euww to his kids' poo. Wonder how he'll manage with cow's dung. Lots of them. We're talking about hundred of cows here.

But anyway, I strongly believe he can do it. Sebab dia macho.

I'll remind him to use some sun block though. Don't want my husband to look brownish and "orang kampung"y hahaha crap.

My husband pointed out that, since I chose to live it that way, no more whining about how big Aini's house is or that Aida just got herself a new necklace. Ok dear, your point noted :P Wait till we break even and growing and finally getting profits like heaps and heaps of thousands per month. Woohoo! I'm so going to build so grand a house HAHAHAHA.

I gave myself three years to save money for the capital. Well, that's when my bond expires anyway. We need at least 150K to start up. Tolong la ada VSS masa aku nak resign tu :P

But maybe we can start at a smaller scale to get some experience. Will rethink after our hajj :-)

  • The date.

    >> Monday, February 13, 2006

I forgot how nice it is to walk side by side, his hand in mine, with no exact idea of where to go. Just go with the flow.

Without worrying losing your kid (who dashed like Flash) in zillionth of people. Without worrying your kid fall on his knees while jumping on the steps. Without worrying your kid go hungry and crying for feed. Without worrying of someone's poo.

    Only you and him.

    The date was nice :-)

p/s: 3 days to our 4th Anniversary hehe.

[2]As we sat in Secret Recipe, doing some analytical studies on human behavior, a couple came in and she nearly made me choke on my Gourmet Pie. Aaa??

    What. with. the pink theme?

She wore a super bright pink blouse and skirt. It wouldn't be that bad a taste if she chose a floral skirt or whatever pattern there may be to match the blouse, but nope, she wore a plain skirt of the same color. It looks like a uniform or something. In super bright pink. People can see her 10 miles ahead.

To complement the look, she painted her face with, well... pink theme off course. Too much of pink blusher I shall say. She tied her hair into two ponytails with ribbons. Zahra would look cute in ponytails and ribbons when she's 12, but I doubt she'll be as cute when she's twenty something. To think about it, the girl in Full House looks cute in ponytails, so Zahra may be too. But the girl in this story, not. I forgot to look at her feet, but I guess she might be wearing pink shoes :P

Did mommy dearest dress you this morning dear?

Yeah I know it's Valentine, and it's "the" date with your boyfriend, but there's no need to go overboard in the fashion department eh?

Ahmad, giving his input as a guy, plus that I'm too focused on holding back my laughter and tears, said that her partner looked embarrased with her bad choice of style. I mean, Ahmad would kill himself if I wear something like that on our date.

Anyway, thank you for giving me such amusement on Saturday morning. I really need it before I'm back to two-kids-and-a-messy-apartment life.

    Visiting the Doc.

    >> Friday, February 10, 2006

    Oh God.

    I thought it's a lady doctor.

"No, it's a guy." He smiled.

Oopps, did I say it out loud? :turned red:

Ah, what the heck. Might as well asked him.

.... hajj.... pills.... but I haven't got my.... breastfeeding.... contraception.... how?

He explained in detail. Whatever it is, the menses had to come before any contraception method. But he didn't recommend to take any hormonal pills to force the menses to come because it will affect me. Oh, wasn't that so nice of him? Thinking about my long-term health and all. Some doctors wouldn't care. Sakit sikit pon bagi antibiotik ggrr.

So he wrote a recommendation letter to my gynae. Because gynaecologist can do a lot of tests to diagnosis and could better advise me. And I lied to him. I said Dr.Nora attended me for the last labor. Well, yeah.. people says not-so-nice things about her, but I think I preferred her than the other gynae.

Hmm.. but the recommendation letter does not have any effect, right? The company obviously do not cover for this.

It's time to get my tawakkal and iman in full gear :P

Betul-betul kecewa. Macamana nak promote susu ibu kalau gynae pon tak support?

Semalam seorang kakak bertanya. Katanya ada orang bagitau dia, susu yang diperah dan dibekukan takde nutrien langsung. So better bagi susu tepung daripada susu ibu yang "kosong" tu. Orang tu pulak, diberitahu oleh GYNAE.

Seriesli, aku naik marah sampai ketap2 bibir.

Rupa-rupanya gynae pon ignorant. Memang la susu ibu yang disejukkan/dibekukan kurang nutriennya berbanding directly breastfeeding, but still superior than susu formula. Tak kira la susu formula brand apa pon, yang paling mahal kat carrefour ke apa ke, ditambah DHA ke EPA ke hapa jadah tu, still takleh lawan susu ibu yang Allah cipta. Sebab susu ibu tu dah sempurna habis dah. Takde tolok bandingnya lagi. Susah sangat ke nak percaya?

Mujur akak tu bertanya kat aku. Kalau dia percaya cakap gynae tu, parah ler. Moralnya, kepada semua, always ask for second opinion. Gynae tu specializing dia kat gynaecology, bukannya lactation. So, tanya la pada yang pakar dalam bidangnya.

Sama jugak macam hal agama. Korang ikut je cakap satu ustaz. Kalau ustaz tu kata camni, camni la korang ikut. Padahal, mungkin ustaz tu arif dalam satu cabang ilmu, tapi tak arif dalam cabang lain. Seeloknya, tanya la sebanyak mana ustaz/ustazah yang mungkin :-)

    Eh, sempat lak aku :P

Anyway, sorry to uols sebab emo. Aku bab-bab susu ibu nih memang cepat naik hangin. Sampai berasap2 ni ha. Nasib baik pakai tudung. Kalau tak, nampak ler rambut aku yang macam Fazura kena karan dalam Buli Balik.

Ye, aku dah tengok cerita tu. Wayang OK? Tak main cetak rompak :P

If you saw a boy doing the scare stance ala cannibal in front of the rabbits at Pets Wonderland, that might be my son.

He must have thought those were Were Rabbits. Ah poor innocent beings!

Of all the animals, he was most excited with the fishes. The cat and dogs were hopeless. Slept all the time. Only one cat made the point to do his oh-look-at-me catty routines :p

Argh. When will we be able to have a cat at home?

[2]Unlike her brother, Zahra is very keen on eating. Give her anything and she won't grudge. Even euwwy veggies. Wow! Respect habis.

So when I spooned her medicine as she sat in her bumbo babysitter :eksyen:, she's like,"What's this yellow thing? Good stuff eh?" and just took it in without hassle. Little did she know that was her potion for healthy no-icky-mucus nose.

If it was her brother, that would be a battle. But off course, the villain i.e. me, always win :p
