Oh god.

I need to give competency feedback on:

1 Superior
Myself
1 Subordinate [well, what happened to my other subordinate? hhmm]
5 Peers
8 Customers
Total = 16

Deadline? 30 November. I'm totally dead y'ols.

Oh anyway, since my feedback as a customer is not pre-determined by HR but the person himself/herself, I'm quite honored to know that a lot of people considered me to give feedback on them. This means that, people [at least 8] knows I'm alive and senses my co-existence in the company :-p

Being the nerd I am, do I like, honestly give my feedback, so that people can change for the better, or should I give them all full mark since this co-relates with their bonus next year? Persimpangan dilema hhmm.I don't really have the answer, but I do know I don't really have the time, considering the deadline and my tight schedule, I'll just close my eyes and click click click, tadaaa done! Apa-apa saja la kan?

Mak & Anak Perempuannya.

As I listened to my mom complaining about her mother not wanting to rest and keep on doing house chores when it has been advised by doctor not to, I can't help from pointing out to her that, she is exactly the same as the person she is complaining about. She just laughed and said,"Eh ye ke?"

That makes me wonder if daughters are mirror image of their moms. Zahra is a perfect example. She has every bad things about me. Stubborn. Incomprehensible disposition. Easily naik angin for no apparent reason. Kuat merajuk dan susah nak pujuk. You can see her talkative at a time, and can be very quiet at another time, depending on the crowd. And most glaring, hard to say sorry to the loved ones, even when at fault.

Knowing that fact, its kind of hard to scold her or advise her, because she is me! Macam, marah diri sendiri la kan & cakap tak serupa bikin :-p

Thing is, why am I not my mother? I am so totally different from her. She has all the energy in the world twentyfour by seven, tak boleh duduk diam and stuff, and all I want to do, is to lie on the bed all day and relax. She is so warm and friendly that she gets to know my neighbours in just her one-month stay, that this Auntie sew curtain for living, another Auntie has three kids and all, while I have been there for months, I don't even know the name of Auntie next-door!

OK lets just blame it on boarding school and uni years :-p

p/s: I saw a mommy cat and her brood outside my house, cuddling in the box I put under meja lipat. [Ya, aku tak kemas lagi meja banquet open house hari tu] I just saw her 2 weeks ago with bulging tummy, and now anak-anak dah besar dah pon. Oh dear. I know! I swore not to have another cat pet after what had happened to Kucing-yang-tak-sempat-diberi-nama, but God says otherwise. Redha sahaja lah :-p [Furthermore, she is one hot mama and her kids are oh so cute]

9 - 10 November: MIL at my home, took a-day leave

I am at peace this week. Even the chaotic office life seems normal :-p

Oh, notice the School Day thingy in my schedule? Well, I reached home quite late that Friday afternoon. My brain was fully occupied with some Regulatory stuffs for the whole week plus the fact that I was away from home. When it was finally registered to my brain that the kids need to attend some school event thingy very early in the morning on the next day, I went into panic mode. Ahmad was such a failure. My every questions were answered with "ekekeke I don't know." Like, so typical dads.

So, I called the nursery at 8.00 p.m. Unfamiliar voice on the other line. I asked for the cikgus, she said,"All of them went to Seremban already." Argh! My ultraman button is blinking red. Luckily, she further deliberated,"Why don't you call them on mobile 013XXXXXXX?" Fuh lega makcik seketika.

Helo Cikgu Intan.
Ye?
Besok kat mana?
Allson Klana.
Oo, jam berapa?
Kalau boleh, sampai jam 8. [Mati la kitorang kena bangun awal]
Baju?
T-shirt putih dengan seluar biru. [Ha?? Mana nak cari tu??]
OK OK.
Lepas tu kena pakai kasut.
Alamak! Diorang mana ada kasut cikgu???
Datang tau! Ameer dengan Zahra dapat award. Lepas tu, ada persembahan.
Eh, dapat award? Mcm tak caya je.
Cayaaaaa.
OK OK.

Ameer besok ada persembahan?
Hmm.
Persembahan macam mana? Cuba tunjuk kat mama.
Tak tahu.
Dah sudah....

Salam Cikgu Intan.
Ye?
Ameer macam tak tahu je persembahan macam mana.
Eh tau. Dia dah belajar dah. Zahra pon tau.
Ye ker? OK nama persembahan tu Cikgu panggil apa?
Senam Seni.
Oo OK OK. Senam Seni ek?

Ameer, cuba tunjuk kat mama, macam mana Senam Seni.
[Ameer and Zahra do some moves, nothing seems comprehensible to me at first but nevermind, lets see what happens tommorow]
Oh OK la tu. Asalkan tahu.

Then my husband went rushing to buy white t-shirt and new shoes for them. Alhamdulillah, got it from Carrefour :-)

It was so worthwhile panicking the night before (and in the morning as we are not morning people) because we got to see them dancing on stage. Wow, Ameer actually good at dancing. He was following the beat and rhytm of one Siti Nurhaliza's song. Zahra on the other hand, main taram je hahaha.

And yes, they did get awards. Zahra for Anak Rajin, and Ameer for Akhlak Mulia. So unbelievable. I mean, helo... anak rajin? Apsal asik sepahkan toys aje? Mama suruh kemas buat tak tahu je? And, Akhlak Mulia? Macam, totally susah nak dipercaya. But, believe it or not, they are my kids :-D
