Anak suka, Ibu setuju :D

These are how I cook Ameer's food (whenever I have the time, that is :D):

Butter Rice with Chicken and Potato
Melt butter in pan. Fry finely chopped onion until soft, add in washed rice and stir for one to two minutes. Add in water (amount depending on the softness of rice wanted), diced potato and minced chicken. Stir, cover the pan and bring to boil. Then, unlid the pan and left to cook in slow heat.

Note:
1. Potato can be changed to any ingredient such as pumpkin, sweet potato, carrot, etc. depending on your creativity.
2. Chicken stock / broth can be used other than water.

Cheesy Macaroni
Boil macaroni, diced potato and cubed chicken until soft. Drain and put aside. Melt butter in pan and add flour. Stir for one to two minutes then gradually add hot milk, stirring until sauce thickens. Remove from heat, add cheese and stir to melt. Pour over the cooked macaroni, potato and chicken.

Note:
1. The cheese sauce can be poured over mashed potato, steamed vegetable, pasta, depending on your creativity.

Spaghetti Bolognese
Melt butter in pan. Fry finely chopped onion and garlic until soft. Add in diced carrot and stir until soft. Add in minced chicken / meat, stir well until cooked. Add in tomato puree and water, stirring occasionally until sauce thicken. You could add diced mushroom and other ingredient to your liking. Pour over cooked spaghetti.

Yummy Yogurt
Mash together mangoes and yogurt. Other than mangoes, you can use banana, papaya, dried apricot, prune, etc.

Ameer [and his Mama] loves them. Yummy!
