Ah DRATS.

The price of property is shooting up! I just couldn't believe my eyes whenever I saw property adverts nowadays. Most under construction 2-storeys terrace house is priced at more than RM200K, even at ulu-ulu areas.

And all the apartments that I'm eyeing are priced at RM200-300K plus. Location is good, floor plan is good, environment is good etc, but the price? Boohoo.

I am soo going to live in that small Vista Angkasa's apartment for the rest of my life.
